I can only imagine how difficult it is to find good food if you are allergic to, for example, onions and garlic. This is a great looking recipe for that and I hope you enjoy!

I’ve had a love affair with paneer for over twenty years and I eat it in different subjis, barbecued, stuff in samosas, or even plain. It has to be fresh homemade paneer. And I never touch onion and garlic so to spice it we use asofateda or “hing”
Straining the curds to prepare the paneer is all a part of the excitement before cooking an offering. Also using pure ghee to cook is simply divine. Paneer and ghee are the perfect marriage of ingredients in my opinion.
