2 Year Blogaversary!

Hello everyone! šŸ™‚

I got a WordPress notification today that I was having an anniversary.

2 years! Can you believe it?! When I started this blog, I hesitated because I wasn’t sure I had any place here on the blogosphere. As it turns out, I got quite comfortable here, and quickly! I have had an amazing journey here so far & I find it difficult to imagine my life without the blog to share every amazing/dull/fascinating/sad & bizarro moment with you!

I really enjoy blogging here. I’ve met so many great people. I’ve made so many new friends here and I very much enjoy the interaction! Thank you so much! I owe each and every one of you a huge debt of gratitude for all that you have done for me. Thank you for taking the time to read my posts. Thank you for commenting; I love the connection! Thank you to those of you who have heard my cries for help and have come running to the rescue, and for some of those most awesome wedding ideas! I love hearing from you šŸ™‚

Again, I want to send a BIG THANK YOU to all my readers! Thank you so much for sticking with me, commenting, liking, laughing and actually sending me suggestions and wishes! Thank you for taking the time out of your lives to share with me in mine. I can say with 100% certainty that I would not be at this point in my blogging without you!

It’s been an incredible 2 years with you and I’m looking forward to celebrating the next one!

If you would like to send a small anniversary gift, please click on the ad below this post. It costs you nothing and I make a cent or 2.

  1. So good to hear from you. Makes me realize I’m about 4 months ahead of you. Tomorrow I’ll meet my best blogging buddies coming for a visit from Denmark!! We do make friends!!

    • Thank you, and congratulations to you as well! We do make friends, thats for sure! May I ask, where are your blogging buddies coming to visit?

      • My blogging buddies, from Denmark are now in California where we are visiting our daughter for Thanksgiving. We live on the East coast, but I’ve also just been to Seattle to announce the 2nd edition of my memoir. My father, Hans Pederson A major Seattle builder I never learned about until I was in my 70s, immigrated from Denmark. The Jorgensens found as much info about him in Denmark, as in Seattle. They jumped at the chance to visit Southern Cal in November!

  2. The book, “MYSTERIOUS BUILDER OF SEATTLE LANDMARKS: Searching for My Father,” is described in a Facebook site by that name, and also on my website. It is off to a good start. Thanks for asking!
