Ceylon Cinnamon Crêpe Topped with Edible Rose Petals and Bulgarian Raw Flower Honey
It’s Sunday, and with it comes another recipe with my ingredients from Buy Whole Foods Online UK. In this recipe, I used Ceylon Cinnamon – known to be the best cinnamon, Edible Rose Petals and Organic Bulgarian Raw Flower Honey.
Crêpes are a light food and are a beautiful idea for a romantic meal when served with edible rose petals and honey. (Even more beautiful than displayed by my amateur photography). Ceylon cinnamon adds just a bit of a party for your tastebuds, enough to make you want to savour every bite.
8dl wheat powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Mix all ingredients well.
Heat a small amount of oil – about 1 Tablespoon – in a pan for frying. Pour just enough batter to coat the base of your cooking pan. Fry in a small amount of oil until golden. Lightly sprinkle with edible rose petals for a romantic breakfast or midday treat and drizzle over with Bulgarian raw honey. Serve!
